So I was watching The Good Girl again today.. and then I saw the guy stab his palm with a pencil, and I thought again - what do people get out of that? Does it help?
It wuldn't work for -me- because I'm not generally depressed, just moody. And I should be considered happy, because I am. My life is so much more amazing then I've come to realize. And those less fortunate than me are the ones I had the gall to complain to. I mean, compared the majority of teens in the U.S. my life has just about everything it needs, and the things missing seem of the slightest importance when I consider that I can WALK. o.O
I cleaned my room now, and I've convinced myself that the fumes are poisoning my lungs. And now my head hurts thanks to this new awareness... I usually tend to make things into a big deal, like drinking soda for example.. I feel my teeth rotting away and my veins clogging up with sugar. Watching TV, I feel weak and deprived of the energy that the radio waves are sucking out of me. And sitting here now, my eyes are blurring to thinking of how my brain is malfunctioning from THIS technological "advancement". I know it's blowing things way out of proportion.. but maybe I'm right. Maybe things really are that bad.
Generally I tend to be cautious. Trust little and keep to myself. Because I always feel that someone's out to get me, whether it be the UPS guy or someone who offers a ride. Everyone's out to kill me..
Reasons for this: phobia? -.- am I just looking for ways to be fucked up? grr.. anyway, you think about the people who are murdered. The people kidnapped, girls raped, people fucking shot or better yet slaughtered in their own home. THEY thought that it would never happen to them, because it always happens to somebody else. Well what if in your future, such a fate was meant to be. The person who thinks it won't happen to them is the person we heard about on the news, so ho's to say we won't be that person?
._. I'm insanely insecure. In all areas basically. But when it comes to protecting myself, I shrivel up like the weakling that I am. I can do nothing but fear and watch to see where the event goes. And then, who knows. So far I've been lucky. Sort of. But I'm not a child anymore and I -know- to be careful now. o.O I'm just sort of overprotective I guess. Because people die, and they miss their shot at life. And they never thought it would happen to them.
